The good 5 km dam area used to block water is our next tourist destination in Malshej Ghat. This is the Pimpalgaon Joga Dam created on Pushpavati River. Dam and its surrounding areas are beautifully maintained by local administration.

There are many cascading waterfalls in Malshej Ghat so we can say the place is blessed with countless beauty and finery spots. How to reach Malshej Ghat?

Mumbai is 122 km away from Ghat which means travelers can easily reach to Mumbai to reach the destination. Next close big station is Pune at only 124 km. however, Ahmadabad is 621 km away and Hyderabad is 627 km away.


By Train: two railway stations Kalyan and Kaljat are nearby stations of Malshej. Trains from Mumbai and some more cities are available for these two stations. Trains for Kalyan is available from Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, and few more cities.


By Air: closest air hub is CSIA (Chatrapati Shivaji International Airport) located at Mumbai. The only distance of 150 km allow easy reach to voyagers.


By Bus: A Maharashtra roadway is having direct buses for Malshej Ghat from various parts of the state though other cities are also having tourism buses for Malshej Ghat.
